Silke Liederbach regularly offers webinars and training classes in the field of spiritual and personal development. At the beginning of 2023, her team – at that time still under the name **The Lighthaus** – approached me with the challenge that **Zoom access links had to be sent manually** to the participants after each purchase. This process was prone to errors and time-consuming.

To professionalize and automate the processes, a custom **webinar management and booking system**, was created in close collaboration with the team.

A central element of the solution is the **connection to the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system of CopeCart**. Once a payment is confirmed, the system automatically generates the Zoom access data and sends a personalized confirmation email to the customers.

The system was developed in early 2023 using **Next.js** and was successfully in operation until it was replaced by another system at the end of 2025.
