Automated Webinar Booking System
since Q4/2022

Silke Liederbach regularly offers webinars and training classes in the field of spiritual and personal development. At the beginning of 2023, her team – at that time still under the name The Lighthaus – approached me with the challenge that Zoom access links had to be sent manually to the participants after each purchase. This process was prone to errors and time-consuming.
To professionalize and automate the processes, a custom webinar management and booking system, was created in close collaboration with the team.
A central element of the solution is the connection to the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system of CopeCart. Once a payment is confirmed, the system automatically generates the Zoom access data and sends a personalized confirmation email to the customers.

The system was developed in early 2023 using Next.js and was successfully in operation until it was replaced by another system at the end of 2025.
Despite the sometimes high complexity of our requirements, Jens always has an immediate solution and familiarizes himself with the various topics. He doesn't just look at individual requirements, but considers all facets and independently contributes ideas and possible further approaches.
